Education Education has always been a key element of Coastal Patrol policy. We believe that education is better than legislation, and those with knowledge and experience are better prepared to go to sea and rarely have to be assisted. Please contact your nearest Division for details of what courses on offer and when. A new interactive Marine Safety DVD, MarineSafe, is now available through Coastal Patrol Divisions for only $29.95.

For all Safe Boating Seminars for the NSW Boat Driver's Licence, it is recommded that candidates study the NSW Maritime Boating handbook before attending (available from NSW Maritime or each division conducting seminars).
