The Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol is a not-for-profit, charitable, volunteer based, marine emergency service organisation covering the entire NSW coastline. The Coastal Patrol provides inshore and offshore search and rescue, public marine education and other safety resources at many public events on the NSW coast.
Payment for our services is on a donation basis. Donations help cover running costs of the organisation and fund search and rescue equipment including purpose-built rescue lifeboats, radio coverage and ongoing training for the volunteers.
In addition, we have current specific projects you can help to complete, or you can direct your support to your local Division.
